The Working Language was built from a simple idea: strong communication changes how people work together. After 10 years of leading and scaling teams, managing departments, and improving operations across global companies, I saw how often talented people were held back by unclear communication, cultural differences, and a lack of practical support.
I combined that experience with TEFL-certified teaching methods to create lessons and training that are structured, engaging, and directly connected to real workplace situations. Today, The Working Language helps individuals and international teams communicate with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.
